WEEK 3

WHISPERS OF BLISS

Overview & Intention

To bring more capacity to the nervous system. Orienting to the space. To sing, not for performance, but from a state of bliss. Or authenticity.

For those who find public speaking hard. There are some simple, loving practices here for you to bring yourself back to anchor in your body.
