Course Overview

The intention of this space is for you to have room to witness, hold, and love yourself more deeply.

At times, we move into Inside Out Coaching and self-enquiry, gently exploring the inner parts of us that may have been pushed into the shadows, yet still influence our daily life, relationships, and choices.

We also weave in nervous system attunement practices, subtle perception training, and practical vocal tools. This includes areas such as eye placement, gentle technique, and expanding your capacity for joy, pleasure, and aliveness.

As we begin to meet our own needs from within, the outer world often starts to shift and reflect this change. Because the voice is deeply connected to our inner world, this process is naturally woven into our voice work together.

WEEK 1

THE EMBODIED VOICE

Overview & Intention

We are coming back to our bodies.

Moving from singing for performance and singing for feeling. For pleasure.

Bringing the voice into the womb

Refining our perception of the subtle realms

Including our shadow and our golden shadow

Preparing the body for the sound of your soul

To understand how our voice works from a physical stand point. To have the tools in your tool kit to prepare your physical body as an athlete would.

WEEK 3

WHISPERS OF BLISS

Overview & Intention

To bring more capacity to the nervous system. Orienting to the space. To sing, not for performance, but from a state of bliss. Or authenticity.

For those who find public speaking hard. There are some simple, loving practices here for you to bring yourself back to anchor in your body.

If you go in to freeze, you lose your words, you find yourself shutting down or everything becomes cloudy. After bringing your present moment awareness to the qualities of freeze, why not try humming? Notice what happens as you feel the vibration of your voice in your body. Notice what happens to your vision, your eyes and your mind.

ENTERING THE UNCONSCIOUS

Overview & Intention

Journeying a little deeper in to what drives us unconsciously. Why the voice is deeply connected to our core wounds.

18 mins -31 mins . Shares- what drives you?

31 mins - 54:47  Enquiry - Christina, she has a part of her that's been trying to keep her safe by pushing down around her and causes her to feel like she has to speak a lot. To push away this feeling. Watch as she integrates these parts into her being, creating capacity to hold herself.

THE SHADOW AND THE GOLDEN SHADOW

What turns out, is that this dynamic was playing out within her, often times, the dynamics that are playing out internally manifests themselves in daily life.

What causes vocal freeze is often times our own inner critic.
