Through highly attuned enquiry, I will be reflecting what your subconscious seems to be saying to uncover potential blind spots. These blind spots are what keeps us stuck in the same loops and survival patterns started in childhood. This is not about digging around in the past, but more bringing awareness to how the past still lives in your nervous system. By going to the root of our suffering, we can start to awaken and unbind ourselves.

Nervous system capacity building techniques, somatic awareness, meditation, sounding and womb healing practices often accompany these coaching sessions.
