This is a journey of awakening. We are not trying to fix or change anything, but we will meet with parts of you that have been trying to communicate with you for decades.
You may already know that the unconscious runs the show. You may have also found that knowing it is one thing, but how do you free yourself?
This is a unique type of highly attuned coaching from the Inside Out. Supporting you to bring consciousness to the blindspots that keep you stuck in limited beliefs and patterns that keep repeating. This is a journey to inner freedom. In turn, your outer world will reflect your inner world.
We will be taking a somatic journey with nervous system regulation support. Creating more safety in your system so that you can evolve beyond the survival mechanisms, unbinding yourself as you reconnect with the enormous life force energy that can now be used FOR YOU. Not against you.
This process is a homecoming back to your divine self. From this place, you will experience entirely new realms of possibility.

The voice is a powerful tool to work with the subconscious, because for many of us, we had to hold or suppress our voices at certain moments to maintain connection with our caregivers. These moments of suppression of our pure being-ness are what created the blockages, patterns and loops that we find ourselves bound by decades later.
NB- This is not a singing or public speaking course, where the aim might be, to aesthetically sound more pleasing to the ear.
However, you may find that as you start to occupy the depths of your being, your voice naturally starts to find more resonance.
